We are recruiting for a part-time Supervisor to join our team in the Barn Kitchen. Applicants must have weekday and weekend availability. Approximately 20 hours per week.

We are looking for a shift supervisor to work alongside the General Manager to ensure the smooth everyday running of the Barn Kitchen. This includes overseeing day-to-day operations, organising and training other staff members, stock control and ordering, and ensuring highest levels of customer satisfaction are maintained.

Applicant profile:

• Previous hospitality experience is essential, ideally in a supervisory role
• Flexible to work weekday and weekend shifts
• Great at problem solving and unflappable under pressure.
• A positive, “can-do” attitude and adept a motivating a team
• Passion for high quality food and ingredients
• Capable of delivering excellent customer service and motivating others to do the same.
