Join Lucy Williamson, whose own story, from vet and mother to award-winning registered nutritionist has been the inspiration behind her passion to help guide people towards truly sustainable eating.
Discover how to restore balance to our bodies and the land around us. Learn about the connections between soil and gut health and the importance of nature-friendly farming and nutrient rich food.
And what better environment to reconnect with natural eating than on the farm?
The evening will start with a short walk and talk around the farm fields. Back at the Barn Kitchen, around the crackling outdoor firepits, Lucy will discuss the weekly topic, with plenty of time for questions.
Each week will include practical tips for affordable, family-friendly cooking and include take-home recipes developed by the Barn Kitchen founder and chef, Katy Brill.
An informal sharing style meal (and wine!) will be served around 8pm. Showcasing the best of local food, this will be a wonderful opportunity to enjoy the very ingredients being discussed and take away some recipe inspiration too.
These evenings are restricted to small numbers and are a unique opportunity to learn from an award-winning nutritionist in our beautiful surroundings.
We are able to cater for vegetarian and vegan diets, please specify when booking. Since this is a set menu, please enquire about any other dietary requirements or allergies before booking your tickets.
