Our in-house butchery celebrates traditional craft and local provenance. We source whole carcasses from trusted local farms (and farmer’s we know by name) and prepare every cut by hand on site - from dry-aged steaks to expertly trimmed roasting joints. We make our own burgers and sausages, all handmade to our butcher’s own recipe. Every marinade is hand crafted by our onsite chefs. Expect exceptional flavour, nose-to-tail respect, and honest quality you can taste.

Each cheese is carefully chosen by our cheesemonger for character, seasonality and craftsmanship - from delicate softs and farmhouse cheddars to bold blues and alpine classics. Our deli produce is handcrafted in the Peterley farm kitchen by our team of chefs, using the best local ingredients. Expect vibrant seasonal dishes, pies, cooked and cured meats, and scotch eggs made with Dinton Conservation Grade eggs - featuring homegrown vegetables, cheese from our own cheese room, and meat from the in-house butchery. Honest, thoughtful food - made from scratch, right here on the farm.
