We are now recruiting for a chef to join our award-winning farm cafe and kitchen.
We are ideally looking for Chef de Partie level with experience of working with fresh, seasonal produce. However, we will consider less experienced applicants. An interest in pastry is desirable.
The business ethos is all about ‘plot to plate’ seasonal, sustainable, cooking, showcasing homegrown ingredients and top-notch local produce, in rustic but delicious dishes.
Hours are likely to be shift based and include working weekends. Part-time could be considered but would include weekend days.
The role is likely to include some shifts working in the production kitchen producing food for our onsite deli.
