Our Autumn Hot Spiced Homegrown Apple Juice has been a roaring success in the cafe this year.
A lovely non-alcoholic twist on mulled wine, buy a bottle of our homegrown variety and have a go at home.
To one bottle of Peterley Apple Juice add:
- Zest of one orange and juice
- 2 star anise
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 10 cloves
- 1 large tablespoon honey
- 1 small piece of fresh ginger sliced
Mix together all the ingredients, warm but do not boil. Leave to steep for an hour or so and then strain. Warm up as required. Keeps for one week in the fridge.
