To celebrate English Wine Week.

Celebrate English Wine Week with an unforgettable al fresco evening at Peterley Manor Farm.

Hosted by wine expert Tim Killen, this special tutored tasting will explore eight exceptional English wines – including sparkling, white, rosé, orange and red styles – each thoughtfully paired with artisan British cheeses from our cheese room.

We’re also delighted to welcome some of the winemakers behind the bottles, giving guests the chance to meet the makers, hear their stories and discover the craft behind each pairing.

From elegant fizz to characterful reds, discover the quality, diversity and creativity of modern English winemaking alongside some of Britain’s finest artisan cheeses, all enjoyed in the beautiful surroundings of the farm as the sun goes down.

Expect a relaxed summer atmosphere, generous pours, perfect pairings and fascinating conversation throughout the evening.

A truly special celebration of English wine and British artisan cheese.

A Look at Some of the Wines:

JoJo’s Premier Cuvée – Sparkling White
From the chalky slopes of the Chiltern Hills, Tess and Ian craft this artisanal sparkling white using Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Pinot Blanc. Rich, complex, and fine-wine first, it’s a sparkling sensation made for sipping slowly.

Dalwood 2023 – Dry White
A single-block vineyard in East Devon produces just 3,800 bottles of this hand-harvested dry white. Expect crisp pear, lemon, and tropical fruit notes with subtle floral hints – a true expression of minimal intervention winemaking.

The Whaire Experience’s Bacchus Orange 2023
From Kent’s Redhill Estate, this award-winning orange wine spends 14 days on skins and 12 months in oak and stainless steel. Aromas of flowers, citrus, and sweet spices combine with a vibrant, textured palate; spicy, nutty, and unforgettable.
