The Brills are delighted to be teaming up with a fellow family-run farm to bring you Copas Turkeys this Christmas. The Copas Family have been farming turkeys on their farm near Cookham for over 50 years.  Their turkeys are only available in independents and have won a whole host of accolades, including Gold Stars in 2014 for their Organic Free Range Bronze!

Their superior quality turkeys are all free-range and are fed on an oat-rich cereal diet. They lead a long and healthy life, ultimately resulting not only in happy turkeys but a denser meat with a natural fat layer, ensuring a succulent and delicious cooked meat. They enjoy a free-range lifestyle, roaming grassy fields and orchards, before being escorted to bed every night by specially trained turkey dogs!

Their turkeys have been featured on CountryFile, the One Show and have also received endorsements by numerous celebrity chefs, including Tom Kerridge of the Hand and Flowers, Marlow (pictured below).

We will be taking pre-orders in the Farm Shop from this Friday for your Christmas turkey which will be available for collection on 22nd/ 23rd / 24th December. If you order your Christmas fruit and vegetables with us why not kill two birds with one stone (pardon the pun) and collect your vegetable box and turkey together on 23rd or 24th?
