Fitness on the Farm is back this Spring and we can’t wait! We’re teaming up with Tate and Nadine from TN Fitness and Emily Rogers Fitness to bring you a series of bootcamps here on the farm.

Classes take place outdoors (rain or shine)! Expect a full-body, cardio style workout- using battle ropes, weights, tractor tyres and the odd straw bale.

Boost your fitness levels, increase movement abilities and burn some serious calories!

All levels welcome.

BOOKING INFORMATION

Classes are suitable for adults aged over 16 years old only.

Classes are available as 4 class blocks only. We are running classes as follows:

Wednesdays @ 6.30am (1 Hour)

Saturdays @ 9.15am (1 Hour)

Mondays @ 6.30am (1 Hour)

You will need to select one class day and time and purchase a block for this session (priced at £40).

If you would like to book all three blocks select the “3 block bundle” to receive a £20 discount.

Tickets are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

Terms and Conditions

Please do read the information below before purchasing tickets:

  • We will have hand sanitiser available for use at the beginning and end of classes, please do make use of it.
  • All equipment will be thoroughly cleaned with anti-bacterial products between classes.
  • If you feel at all unwell or are displaying COVID symptoms (fever, temperature etc.) please do not attend the class.
  • If you become unwell following a class please do ensure you let us know.
  • Please bring your own water bottle.
  • All classes are non-refundable and non-exchangeable
