Expect to work with a variety of equipment; from weights and TRX to tractor tyres and battle ropes; all thoughtfully woven into creative, ever-changing workouts that keep things fresh, challenging, and fun.

Set against the open fields and natural beauty of the farm, our classes make the most of their surroundings. On brighter days, we take training outdoors; breathing in fresh air, moving across open space, and swapping gym walls for wide skies and the sounds of nature.

Whether you’re completely new to fitness or looking to push your limits, every session is designed to be inclusive and adaptable. With a supportive group environment and expert guidance throughout, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace while still feeling part of something shared.

1.What Should I Wear to the Class?

As many of our sessions take place outdoors, we recommend dressing for the weather and embracing the farm setting. Think comfortable activewear you don’t mind getting a little muddy, supportive trainers, and layers you can easily add or remove. In cooler months, gloves and a light waterproof can make all the difference; in warmer weather, breathable fabrics and sun protection are key. Please do bring your own water bottle with you too.

2. Can I book individual classes or do I need to commit to a block?

You’re very welcome to book individual sessions and drop in when it suits your schedule. That said, we recommend booking a block where possible; not only does it help build consistency, but it also allows you to really feel the benefits of the training over time and settle into the rhythm of the sessions.

3. Can I mix and match bootcamps with other fitness classes using a class pack?

Yes, our class packs are designed to give you flexibility. You’re free to use them across both bootcamps and other fitness classes, so you can tailor your schedule to suit your energy, goals, and the rhythm of your week. Whether you’re balancing higher-intensity sessions with more focused strength or core work, it’s a simple way to keep your routine varied and consistent.

  • These sessions are inside our unheated farm barn OR outside- please dress appropriately.
  • Please bring your own water bottle
  • You must inform the instructor of any injuries or pre-existing health conditions at the start of the session. You undertake these classes at your own risk
  • Class bookings can be managed through your Instabook account and you can amend bookings up until 12 hours before the class start time. Bookings cannot be amended after this time.
