
Ease into the weekend with our monthly Friday Night Restore Sessions, a series of calming evening experiences designed to help you slow down, switch off and reconnect. Held in our peaceful yurt beneath the evening sky, these intimate gatherings bring together Yoga Nidra, meditation, sound baths and other restorative practices, offering a gentle invitation to pause, breathe and leave the week behind.
Surrounded by nature and limited to small groups, each session is unhurried, immersive and deeply restorative. A chance to carve out a little space for yourself and step into the weekend feeling grounded, rested and renewed.

Yoga Nidra meditation, founded in compassion and ease, will guide us towards resting deeply just as we are.

A gentle meditation and mindfulness practice designed to help you slow down and reconnect.
Guided by mindfulness teacher and author Kelly of Room 478, this welcoming session invites you to pause, cultivate awareness and create space for reflection, creativity and calm. No experience needed, simply come as you are.
