Job Title: Kitchen Porter
Location: The Barn Kitchen
Reports to: Head Chef / Sous Chef

We are looking for someone to join our kitchen team for an immediate start.

Job description:
You are employed as Kitchen Porter, reporting to the Head Chef/ Sous Chef. Your principal duties will include working in the Barn Kitchen to assist the chefs to provide brunch and lunch service. You will also be responsible for cleaning, washing up and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food hygiene at all times. Additional duties, which are consistent with your position, may be assigned to you on either a temporary or permanent basis from time to time.

Sociable daytime hours Weekdays and Weekends usually between 8am and 5pm. Some Friday nights may be required 5pm-10pm

Candidate profile:

Prior kitchen experience would be beneficial but not essential.
A positive ‘can-do’ attitude.
Willingness to work as part of a team and support kitchen staff
Must be available to work at least one weekend day
