The Barn Kitchen- Supervisors and Managers

We are currently recruiting for Front of House Managers and Supervisors in the Barn Kitchen.

We have part-time and full-time roles available. All roles will involve working weekend days.

Excellent rates of pay plus tips and employee benefits across the business including discounts, parties and free fitness classes.

Extremely sociable daytime hours with just occasional evenings required (maximum one per week).

This role will involve ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the Barn Kitchen and managing the Front of House team. There will also be the opportunity to get involved with a variety of events held on the farm.

Candidate Profile:

At least two years restaurant experience ideally with supervisor/managerial experience.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and great multi-tasker, unflappable under pressure.
IT Skills including Reservation Systems.
A passion for seasonal top quality food and drink, and brimming with creative ideas to bring to the table.
A great team player.
