We’re delighted to be working with Sarah of SH Yoga to bring you yoga classes in our beautiful yurt this Spring/Summer. Our traditional Mongolian yurt is situated in the pretty fields behind the Barn Kitchen and is a tranquil location connected with nature. Weather permitting we will open up the yurt sides to enjoy the location and sound of bird song.
Sarah will be teaching a hatha-vinyasa style of yoga to improve strength and flexibility, incorporating breath and mediation for an authentic practice. The class will be moderately paced with options to suit all abilities.
Classes will be small with a maximum of 8 attendees. We are running classes at the following times:
Wednesday 6.45pm-8pm (75 minutes)
Saturday 8.30am-9.30am (60 minutes)
Please do bring a yoga mat (although these can be provided if you do not have one).
Please book individual dates as required. All classes will be non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
