Join our Head Butcher, Alex, for a hands-on sausage making masterclass as part of our Field to Block series.

In this three-hour session, you’ll learn the full process from start to finish – mincing meat, seasoning and flavouring, filling and twisting casings, and tying sausages properly. Alex will guide you through techniques, ratios, and tips you can use again at home, with plenty of time for questions along the way.

Working practically throughout the session, you’ll finish the class with your own handmade sausages to take home.

All meat used is free-range and sourced from local, high-welfare farmers, with a focus on traditional, zero-waste butchery.

Every attendee will receive a 10% discount voucher to spend in our butchery.

The evening runs alongside our Pop-Up Wine & Cheese Bar, so stay on after the demonstration for a glass of wine and a bite from our cheese room.
