Step into a slower rhythm this Spring as we introduce our new wellness schedule held in our light-filled yurt at the farm. Nestled in the peaceful fields behind the Barn Kitchen, this is a space designed for calm, connection, and gentle movement.

Our schedule brings together a thoughtfully curated mix of yoga, Pilates, and stretch classes: each one an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself. Surrounded by nature, the yurt offers a truly immersive experience; on warmer days, the canvas walls are gently drawn back, inviting in fresh air, open views, and the soft soundtrack of birdsong.

With classes limited to just eight people, each session remains intimate, supportive, and unhurried. Giving you the space to move, reset, and recharge at your own pace.

Classes run at the following times:

We have drop-in class options (ยฃ18) and also 6 class packs available (ยฃ90). Please note these are only valid for yoga, pilates and stretch classes. Our fitness classes with Nadine and Kris have separate passes.

Your Guides in the Yurt:

Sarah, Yogahisma

Sarahโ€™s classes offer a calm, nurturing space to slow down and reconnect. With a background in classical dance, her teaching brings a natural sense of flow and creativity, while gently moving away from pressure or performance.

Inspired by somatic movement, she encourages you to listen inwardly; moving in ways that feel supportive, spacious, and your own. Expect thoughtful sequencing, a grounding pace, and moments of stillness woven throughout.

Her approach is warm and inclusive, inviting you to step out of the noise and into something softer, where simply showing up is enough.

Hayley

Hayleyโ€™s classes are an invitation to slow down and soften. With a focus on Yin yoga and a wider approach to wellbeing, her teaching is rooted in the belief that movement should meet you exactly where you are offering space rather than expectation.

Her approach is calm, intuitive, and deeply restorative, encouraging you to step away from the pace of everyday life and into something more grounded. Rather than pushing or striving, Hayley creates space for stillness, gentle sensation, and quiet awareness allowing the body to release and the mind to settle.

Alongside yoga, her background in running, nutrition, and holistic wellbeing brings a balanced, real-life perspective to her teaching. Thereโ€™s a natural ease to her classes. Thoughtful, unforced, and welcoming; where youโ€™re encouraged to feel more, and leave with a sense of steady calm.

Emma

Emmaโ€™s classes are rooted in both personal experience and deep expertise. After discovering Pilates as a way to manage chronic pain, she went on to train extensively in mat and reformer Pilates, with further specialisms in pre and postnatal care, menopause, and osteoporosis. Her teaching is shaped by years of practice, as well as time spent teaching internationally, including at Temple University Japan.

Her approach blends classical and contemporary Pilates into a dynamic, mindful flow. Classes are designed to build strength, improve mobility, and support overall wellbeing, while creating space to reconnect with your body and breath. Emma fosters a warm, supportive environment where clients of all levels can feel at ease, move with confidence, and leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more balanced.
